“It made me reflect on how confidence has been built in my own life. Most of the moments that shaped the person I am today came from working through difficult things, not avoiding them. It is these experiences we tend to look back on later in life and realize they mattered most. Thank you, Dr. Jenny Prohaska, for a great conversation and a unique perspective”
