Struggle isn’t a threat. It’s actually a great teacher. I can look back now and feel grateful for the difficulties that no one rescued me from. Of course, constant struggle isn’t ideal, but how you view difficulties you face makes all the difference. It’s the same mindset we train at Tactical Longevity.
