Incorporating core values into your daily life is essential for developing anti-fragility. Values serve as anchors during times of stress, uncertainty, and change, but they can easily be neglected as life itself gets more stressful. Being intentional with identifying and acting on those values is essential to get through difficult times.

In this Tactical Longevity video, Dr. Jennifer Prohaska uses Beth Dutton from Yellowstone as an example to demonstrate how to reinforce your values.

  1. Pick a core value.
  2. Pick a person that best embodies that value (can be real or fictional).
  3. List all behaviors this person does that represent that value.
  4. Then take those behaviors and change them to "I" statements.
